It is mandatory for all the guest to show Valid photo ID/address proof at the time of check-in
To be paid at hotel for (extra Meals, Room Heater, Bonfire and Candlelite arrangements etc

After getting a response mail from our end for said booking, Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount must be deposit
• Off season rates are not applicable during the Christmas and New Year period.
• Length of Stay can be extended on pro-rata basis subject to availability of rooms.
• Prices/ Offers are subject to change at the management’s discretion without prior notice.
• Standard check-in time is 12:00 P.M. and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Child Policy & Extra Adult
• Children below 5 years without extra bed stay free with their parents.
• Children Above 5 years – INR 1150 on MAP per night.

Cancellation Policy:
• Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
• All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation. In case we receive the payment and there are no rooms available, full

Booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
